Part-Time Orthopedic PA / Retired Orthopedic Physician

This role is ideal for a clinician with a strong orthopedic background who wants a flexible, part-time schedule without the demands of full-time practice. You will work alongside our pain management providers to evaluate, treat, and manage patients with musculoskeletal and chronic pain conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations, history, and physical exams focused on musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized pain management treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic imaging (X-ray, MRI) as needed
• Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner within the EMR
• Collaborate with physicians, MAs, and administrative staff to ensure coordinated patient care
• Educate patients on treatment plans, and pain management strategies

Qualifications:

• Orthopedic PA: Active PA license in New York, with orthopedic and/or pain management experience preferred
• Retired Orthopedic Physician: Active NY medical license, board-certified, interested in part-time clinical work
• Strong understanding of musculoskeletal conditions and chronic pain management
• Excellent communication and bedside manner
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-centered outpatient setting
• Prior experience with EMR systems a plus
