CNC Machinist III
NES Fircroft
Responsibilities & Qualifications of the CNC Machinist III include, but are not limited to:
- 6+ years of CNC experience
- Work on soft steels and aluminium's
- Can operate 4 and 5 axis mills (HAAS)
- Performs typical machine shop operations to support the assembly floor.
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings for all processes and programs.
- Thorough knowledge of the following elements are expected:
- All gauging require including CMM
- Verifying gage calibration
- Machine fixturing for all set ups
- All tooling, its name and function
- Familiarity with CNC programming/languages and knowledge of how to create and edit programs
- Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances
- Working Conditions: Shop (Climate Controlled)
- Eligible for benefits and bump in pay after probationary period
- Mon - Friday 6am - 6pm
