Job description Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing documents Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages Maintain office supplies and inventory Assist with organizing meetings and events Provide administrative support to various departments as needed Requirements: Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant Knowledge of office procedures and basic clerical tasks Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Computer literacy, including proficiency computer programs commonly used in medical practice setting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and compliance protocols -Interest in integrative and holistic medicine Note: Experience as a medical receptionist is required.
