Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill neonates in a Level IV NICU.
• Manage and monitor ventilators, tracheostomies, and pulmonary artery lines.
• Administer medications and perform necessary procedures, including umbilical/central line management.
• Float to PICU and CICU as required, maintaining competence in diverse settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain precise documentation in EPIC charting system.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license.
• Current AHA BLS and NRP certifications.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Level IV NICU.
• Competency in floating to PICU and CICU.
• Experience with UVCs and UACs.
• BSN required; previous teaching hospital experience preferred.
