Responsibilities Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and other health care providers. Delegate, assess, provide, and evaluate patient care. Provide and delegate patient care activities to team members. Monitor patient progress and prepare patients for discharge. Report directly to senior unit management and participate in shared decision‑making activities. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred. Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan. AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
