Strategic Payroll Leader - Construction & Union Compliance
Charge
Charge EPC is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead the payroll operations for a multi-state construction organization, with in-house payroll, union payroll, and prevailing wage compliance. You will oversee the payroll team, collaborate with Operations, HR, Finance, and Project Management to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing, while driving continuous improvement and staff development in a dynamic heavy civil environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Charge
