Junior Project Manager

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Project Manager. You will work directly alongside an Account Manager — typically supporting three to four client accounts — as the person who makes sure work moves. Account Managers own client strategy and performance. You own the machinery underneath it: timelines, dependencies, approvals, hand-offs and quality control. In practice, you are the reason nothing slips. You will know, at any moment, what is due, what it is waiting on, and who owes what. You will chase the missing brand assets, the outstanding platform access, the client approval that has been sitting for four days. You will hold client feedback to a defined number of rounds. You will run the final checks before anything reaches a client inbox. This is a role for someone who finds genuine satisfaction in an organised system and is quietly relentless about deadlines. What you'll be doing Keeping accounts ahead of schedule. Maintaining campaign calendars so every brand is a full week ahead of send date — the single biggest driver of quality in our work. Chasing dependencies to closure. Brand assets, platform credentials, integration access, client sign-off. Tracking every outstanding item with an owner and a date, and following up until it lands. Managing the approval cycle. Routing work to clients, consolidating feedback, holding revisions to an agreed number of rounds, and escalating to the Account Manager when a client is the reason a deadline is at risk. Moving work through the pipeline. Coordinating briefs, copy, design, build and scheduling across account, design and technical teams so nothing stalls between stages. Being the communication hub. Our business runs in Slack, and you will live in it. Keeping threads moving between the Account Manager, designers, copywriters and technical team, answering quickly, and making sure no request sits unanswered or unresolved. Quality control. Running structured pre-send checks — audience and exclusion segments, links, discount codes, preview text, rendering, proofing — before anything is scheduled. Meeting support. Preparing agendas and materials for client calls, capturing actions and owners afterwards, and making sure every commitment is logged and followed up. Keeping records straight. Maintaining account documentation, trackers and internal databases so status is accurate and hand-overs are clean. Qualifications Fluent, high-level written and spoken English. This is not negotiable. You will be writing directly to clients and senior team members every day, and your writing needs to be precise, professional and error-free. Slack-native. Our entire business runs in Slack — you will spend the majority of your working day in it. You need to be genuinely responsive there, comfortable holding several threads at once, and disciplined about closing conversations out rather than letting them drift. Strong project coordination skills — scheduling, prioritisation, and deadline management across several concurrent workstreams Genuinely exceptional organisation and attention to detail; you notice the thing that is missing Comfortable following up persistently without being prompted — chasing people needs to land as helpful rather than nagging Experience with quality control or proofing processes Able to work independently and stay accountable in a fully remote environment Working hours with meaningful overlap with US business hours Familiarity with e-commerce, digital marketing, or email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo is an advantage, but not required — we train Experience with project management and documentation tools (Notion, Asana, or similar) What we offer Fully remote, permanent role Structured onboarding and training — you will be paired with an experienced Account Manager and brought up to our standard within your first few weeks Direct exposure to lifecycle strategy for well-known e-commerce brands A defined progression path to Account Manager for those who want it.
