Pharmacy Aide: Patient Care & Billing Specialist

The Resource Center is seeking a Pharmacy Aide for their location in Jamestown, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee and residential prescriptions, handling billing procedures and patient interactions, both over the phone and in person. This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare procedures, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
