The Role We’re looking for a Senior Staff Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing for our AI‑focused products and capabilities as part of our Unified Access suite. This is a senior‑level individual contributor role with high organizational visibility, operating at the intersection of technical depth, strategic influence, and market storytelling. You will report to the Director of Product Marketing and sit alongside a talented team of technical product marketers, solutions product marketers, and product leaders, managing some of the highest‑visibility launches for one of the most beloved cybersecurity brands on the market today. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US. What You’ll Do Lead Full‑Stack Product Marketing : Own the messaging, positioning, and launch strategy for our AI identity security products. Connect AI Strategy to Unified Access : Build and own the narrative that shows how runtime credential delivery, agent discovery, and agent governance provide visibility and control. Build Competitive Intelligence : Partner with the Solutions Marketing team to develop validated competitive differentiation. Enable the Field : Create discovery presentations, battlecards, and technical briefs that give sales teams confidence. Influence Strategy : Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to product management and senior marketing leadership. What We’re Looking For Experience and Domain Expertise 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience. Strong depth in Secrets Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM), or non‑human identity. Understanding of how AI agents are reshaping identity security requirements. Track record in competitive markets where winning meant unseating incumbents or reframing a category. Technical Depth Understanding of runtime credential delivery, secrets brokering, and zero‑knowledge encryption. Working knowledge of the developer toolchain: IDEs, GitHub Actions, CI/CD platforms, and secrets management patterns. AI‑Forward Mindset You use AI agents as a force multiplier for research and drafting, while keeping strategy, narrative, and judgment in your own hands. You own the ideas you bring and can back them up with strategy, data, and a clear point of view. Strategic Storytelling Ability to write at a senior level for diverse audiences, including CISOs and platform engineers. Strong narrative instincts: you open with a problem, build tension, and land on a solution. Compensation and Benefits USA: $180,000 – $261,000 USD base salary, plus benefits, equity, and incentive programs. Canada: $152,000 – $220,000 CAD base salary, plus benefits, equity, and incentive programs.
