Phillips & Cohen Associates, LLC the global leader in estate account management with operations in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, seeks an experienced ETL Developer to join the team. The ETL Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting data integration solutions that power critical business and client-facing operations. Reporting to the Department Team Leader, this role combines ETL development, database programming, production support, and process automation to ensure data is delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients, the ETL Developer will translate requirements into scalable solutions while identifying opportunities to improve performance and streamline processes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong SQL Server and SSIS experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex data challenges.

This position operates in a hybrid work environment and requires employees to reside in either the United States or Canada and within a reasonable commuting distance of one of our office locations in Wilmington, DE; Columbus, OH; or Montreal, Canada

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

• Develop, optimize, and support SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions, and database objects.

• Build and maintain data integration processes supporting inbound and outbound data movement across multiple systems and platforms.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into reliable, scalable technical solutions.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, ETL failures, and data integrity concerns.

• Create and maintain technical documentation including data mappings, process flows, and operational procedures.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to gather requirements, communicate solutions, and ensure successful delivery.

• Support data validation, reconciliation, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Three to five years of experience developing and supporting ETL and data integration solutions.

• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

• Experience developing and supporting relational databases, stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.

• Experience troubleshooting production environments and performing root cause analysis.

• Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and data quality best practices.

• Ability to gather and interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

• Experience with Python and/or PowerShell scripting.

• Knowledge of REST APIs and API-based integrations.

• Experience with FTP/SFTP file transfer automation.

• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and large-volume data environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, or a related field.
