Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health issues, creating personalized treatment plans to address their specific needs. \n
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, and families. \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards to protect client confidentiality and integrity. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams that may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists to provide holistic care to clients. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training sessions to remain informed about the latest trends and research in mental health. \n
- Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software for documentation and client management, optimizing workflow efficiency and client care tracking. \n
The ideal candidate will provide services to a diverse client base struggling with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Our clients often have limited access to traditional mental health resources, and your role will be instrumental in bridging these gaps and guiding them toward recovery and greater emotional well-being.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. \n
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Washington. \n
- A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential. \n
- Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and rapport-building skills to establish trusting relationships with clients. \n
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative healthcare team environment. \n
- Proficiency in using EMR software and telehealth technologies. \n

- Experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly preferred, as these specialties align with our client needs. \n

- Annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. \n
