Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time

$27-32/hour

Post Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting while helping them improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with gait training, transfer training, therapeutic exercise programs, and balance activities
• Support individualized treatment plans designed to help residents achieve functional goals
• Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress and concerns to the PT
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to support quality resident care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
