Be part of our talent pool and grow with H 2 O.The Shipping and Receiving Specialist will hold a permanent & full-time position and will work for the Ramsey, MN plant in collaboration with the other international teams (United-States, Canada, Spain & Mexico).The BenefitsOverall remuneration including:Profit sharing bonus program;Group Insurance plan including dental, vision & telemedicine;401K plan with employer's contribution;Three (3) weeks of paid vacation per year;Six (6) paid wellness days per year.The Day-to-DayHandle the forklift and pallet jack to unload incoming orders;Receive incoming orders, and ensure accurate inspection of material;Measure pipe spools, frames and tanks per drawings/mechanical lists;Documentation collection of various forms and certificates;Sort goods to bins and carts per job numbers;Assure general shop housekeeping, maintenance and organization of the plant;Support other manufacturing and warehouse functions as required;Carry out the packaging of shipments, boxing, banding and crating.The Skills We Are Looking For2 to 3 years of experience in this position;Reach forklift experience;Must be able lift, push, pull at least 50 lbs;Ability to read prints and use a tape measure to check dimensions;Good knowledge of Excel, Word and general computer skills;Good memory and capable of multi-tasking;Be a good team player;Organizational skills and attention to details.
