RN Registered Nurse Supervisor for Night Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our Night Shift team at the Westchester Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing. As a Night Shift RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while leading a team of dedicated nursing professionals. RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs on the Night Shift to ensure provision of high-quality patient care

• Conduct regular rounds to assess patient conditions and provide guidance to nursing staff as needed

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Monitor and report patient progress to the Nurse Manager and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment plans

• Collaborate with other departments, including therapy, social work, and dietary, to ensure a seamless patient care experience

• Participate in on-call rotation and provide support to the Night Shift team as needed

• Provide education and guidance to staff on current clinical practices and standards

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility policies and procedures

RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the State of New York

• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting

• Strong leadership and supervision skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong knowledge of current clinical practices and standards
