The Digital Press Operator will enjoy following well-defined procedures that result in high-quality world-class products for Britten's customers. This person will thrive in a collaborative work environment while assisting with the efficient operations of the digital printing equipment. Job Summary and Job Functions Act as support staff to the Digital Manager Operating high-speed digital printing equipment Handling multiple types of substrates efficiently to avoid waste Maintaining digital machine detailing and maintenance Observing print quality to assure final pieces meet customer satisfaction Adheres to all company safety standards Align with and believe in the company core values: We Say Yes, We Hustle, We Think Bigger, We Keep Promises, We Build People Up Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to be exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the position. Requirements Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment, have the ability to multi-task and work independently, and reflect a positive attitude towards challenging job requirements Keen eye for quality of product and ability to work before/after typical office hours as work may demand Strong attention to detail Extensive knowledge of Mac & PC operating system Experience with solvent and latex ink printing and sign production software is recommended, but not required Ability to work at a steady pace on a consistent and repetitive basis Graphics production background is also a plus Excellent communication skills and attention to color detail is required Physical ability to lift 70 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods of time Align with and believe in the company core values: We Say Yes, We Hustle, We Think Bigger, We Keep Promises, We Build People Up Physical Demands and Work Environment Heavy work.
