Location: Fairhaven, MA (hybrid schedule) Pay Rate: $25/hr Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM What You'll Be Doing As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience from order to delivery. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and sales representatives Manage and process custom product orders with a high degree of accuracy Provide timely updates and resolve customer inquiries Ensure accuracy of logos, pricing, fees, and order details Coordinate artwork approvals and communicate updates clearly Handle urgent requests and work cross-functionally to meet deadlines Utilize Order Management Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to track, manage, and update orders Maintain customer records and order history Identify trends, resolve issues proactively, and escalate when needed What You Bring 23 years of customer service experience (required) Experience working with Order Management Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset Golf industry or product knowledge is a plus Why Work with Us Weekly pay Dedicated recruiter support Temp-to-hire opportunities Hybrid flexibility Work with a globally recognized brand (Titleist/FootJoy) Ready to get started?
