Now Hiring: Veterinary Technician Assistant

As an  AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital , we take pride in providing high-quality patient care and exceptional service to our clients. Our hospital offers a unique mix of general practice, urgent care, exotics, and specialty/referral services, creating an exciting, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same!

• Assist veterinary technicians and doctors with daily patient care and treatments.

• Restrain and handle animals safely and compassionately during examinations and procedures.

• Prepare examination rooms, treatment areas, and equipment for patient visits.

• Help monitor patients and provide care before and after procedures.

• Clean, disinfect, and maintain examination rooms, treatment areas, kennels, and equipment.

• Assist with laundry, stocking supplies, and maintaining an organized hospital.

• Support the team with patient admissions, discharges, and other daily hospital needs.

• Help ensure every patient receives compassionate, attentive care.

• Communicate professionally and kindly with clients and team members.

• A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

• Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• The ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with doctors, technicians, and other hospital team members.

• Previous veterinary, animal care, or customer service experience is a plus, but  we are willing to train the right candidate!

• Work in an AAHA-accredited hospital committed to high standards of veterinary care.
