Responsibilities Occupational Therapist provides a comprehensive OT evaluation based on MD orders. Occupational Therapist provides a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short‑term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities. OT ensures MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges. OT provides comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities and modifies patient treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions. Occupational Therapist completes all other documentation requirements. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, M.S., or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy that is recognized by the AOTA. Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state‑mandated). Occupational Therapist holds a current license and/or registration in the state (as applicable).
