About the Position

Job Title: Med/Surg Tele RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required. License: Must hold a valid Ohio license or a compact state license. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required. Must-Have: - Minimum of 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. - Willingness to work at least every other holiday. Description: This position involves working in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit. Candidates must possess a current BLS and ACLS certification. An acceptable score on ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments is required during orientation. Travelers must complete a background check and drug screening prior to starting. Nicotine-free policies apply for non-nursing staff, with some exceptions for nursing roles. Candidates must pick up their badges and complete fingerprints onsite before starting the position. Extensions for assignments are possible for a period, subject to requirements. Annual modules related to the position must be completed as mandated.
