Overview

The Solutions Expert supports the Solutions Expert mission to increase win rate and revenue by partnering with sellers and RSDs to demo our product capabilities to prospects. Solutions Experts work with sales executives in the sale of Paycor products through technical demonstrations and other sales activities as necessary. He or she is proficient on all products, may train and/or mentor others. He or she is a self-starter who is responsible for achieving assigned sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and compelling product demonstration to potential clients.
• Study the competition in order to understand and communicate Paycor's product differentiation.
• Master Paycor's value proposition in order to communicate it and tie it in to product demonstrations.
• Support sales organization as primary contact for the sales of Paycor's various software products and services.
• Assist sales executives with the analysis of prospective clients' needs Assist sales executives in determining applicable product bundles Assist in training/development of sales executives to position and present Paycor's products Meet or exceed agreed upon sales and activity targets Responsible for the timely logging of various prospect engagements Assist in the conversion process for new clients by providing notes and other documentation in Paycor's CRM Demonstrate a strong work ethic and regular attendance.
• Maintain ethical business practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business - Preferred
• Minimum 6 years of experience in consultative, B2B sales with a track record of success.
• Able to excel in a fast paced work environment without direct daily supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated strategic selling skills including the ability to prospect and build relationships.
• Experience in HR practices/policies and strong working knowledge of payroll and HR software.
• Excellent customer focus, with an ability to effectively partner with internal and external customers.
• Demonstrated adaptability, shifting focus and approach as necessary.

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $64,680-$110,424 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
