Maintenance Director - Aspire Senior Living Carthage Job Summary Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Maintenance Director to join our team! As a key member of our operations team, the Maintenance Director will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, overseeing maintenance and repair activities, and providing excellent customer service to our residents and staff. About the Role The Maintenance Director will oversee and direct the maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment, and grounds to ensure optimal working conditions and resident satisfaction. This includes developing and implementing maintenance programs to ensure efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime, supervising and coordinating the work of maintenance technicians, contractors, and vendors, and conducting regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. Additionally, the Maintenance Director will develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring timely and cost-effective allocation of resources, and build and maintain positive relationships with residents, staff, and vendors to ensure excellent customer service.
