Minimum Requirements

• Master‘s degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctoral or Bachelor‘s accepted when meeting licensure requirements.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing home health physical therapy preferred.
• Ability to travel within a coverage area that includes Cambria County, Northern Cambria, and Indiana County; mileage reimbursed.
• Professional certification required by client.
• Clinical experience with typical home health documentation and patient mobility/ADL training preferred.
• Professional appearance required: royal blue/black scrubs or khakis and polo shirt.
