Empire Workforce Solutions is seeking Food Manufacturing Employees who can start as soon as possible. As a Food Plant Production Operator, you’ll support every stage of transforming ingredients into finished, packaged goods—under clear direction and with reliable processes.

You learn how to set up mixers, weigh ingredients, form products, and run packaging lines. You practice recording ingredient usage and paper codes precisely, and you get comfortable checking quality and alerting maintenance if something seems off. By week’s end, you’re confidently rotating through stations and keeping your area spotless.

• Work with raw materials and production machinery.
• Operate line equipment and assemble goods on the production line.
• Monitor processes; conduct basic testing and quality checks.
• Document ingredient usage and codes on paper.
• Report equipment faults to maintenance.
• Clean and maintain work areas and machines.
• Move, weigh, form, mix, package, and clean as part of daily production.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in production or food manufacturing is advantageous.
• Thrives in a loud, fast-paced environment.

• Frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort transitioning in and out of a freezer warehouse with extreme temperature changes.

• 1st: $17.75 p/h
• 2nd: $18.50 p/h
• 3rd: $20.00 p/h
• Pay Range $17.50-$20.00

• High School / GED
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
