The Digital Risk Products & Data Strategy (RPDS) team within CFR is the backbone of all risk decisions and help in building the digital software products for risk management across customer lifecycle i.e., Onboarding, Credit Underwriting, Authorizations, Collections across card & non card business globally. Job Description: We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product strategy, execution, and delivery of new features for risk decisioning platform products with a focus on scalability, resilience, performance, and developer productivity. This role is responsible for defining product requirements, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation of platform modernization initiatives The ideal candidate has experience with large-scale platform modernization, risk/authorization processes, and deep stakeholder management skills. This is a high-visibility role critical to the future of Amex’s global authorization architecture.
