Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in CVICU/ICU with multi-system issues, including ventilation, neuro/trauma, respiratory support, and hemodynamic monitoring.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans; monitor patient status and document progress in the medical record.
- Manage ventilated patients and invasive monitoring; interpret hemodynamic data; respond promptly to clinical changes.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other care team members; coordinate care across shifts and disciplines.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to ancillary personnel within their scope of practice to maintain safe, high-quality care.
- Uphold infection control, patient safety, and documentation standards; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Current RN license (or eligibility) to practice in the United States.
- CVICU/ICU critical care nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts; flexible to travel assignment schedule.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and standard patient documentation.
