Experience Coordinator

Position Summary : Looking for a position that makes a meaningful impact every day? We are adding an Experience Coordinator to our Marshall location due to an internal promotion. This role is responsible for ensuring that the overall office experience consistently meets a high standard of satisfaction for clients, team members and visitors. The Experience Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring that every client, team member and visitor has a consistently high-quality experience in our offices. This position supports the overall operations of a local, family-owned independent financial planning firm and will be involved in a wide range of activities related to investments, insurance products, and financial planning services. Key responsibilities include maintaining and monitoring multiple databases for accuracy, implementing timely client-response systems, and developing and executing an education and communication plan across print, radio, web, and social media platforms. The coordinator will also support processes for both individual clients and employer groups, creating a fast learning curve and a dynamic work environment. Investors Choice Financial Services has served the Slayton and Marshall communities for over 25 years. Successful applicants will complete a credit history and criminal background check.
