Enterprise Sales Development Manager

Leading a team of Sales Development Representatives, the full-time remote Enterprise Sales Development Manager will drive operational excellence through high-touch outbound campaigns, focusing on maximizing meeting-to-qualified pipeline conversion and partnering with Enterprise Sales leadership for strategic account planning. Key responsibilities Build, lead, and scale a team of 6-8 Enterprise SDRs while driving operational rigor through call reviews and skill development Improve meeting-to-qualified pipeline conversion and establish standards for enterprise prospecting across messaging and account penetration Mentor SDRs on strategic prospecting and partner with Enterprise AEs to develop account plans and coordinate outreach Required qualifications 2+ years of experience managing SDR/BDR teams, particularly in enterprise sales environments Proven track record of successfully prospecting into complex enterprise organizations Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and account-based prospecting strategies Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
