Job Details Location: TheraCare Home Health – Houston – Stafford, TX 77477 (also Baytown, Highlands, Channelview, San Jacinto, Galena Park, TX) Position Type: Full Time Job Category: Physical Therapy TheraCare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a Full‑Time home health opportunity providing in‑home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients throughout Baytown, Highlands, Channelview, San Jacinto, Galena Park, TX and the surrounding areas. This Full‑Time home health PT position is ideal for clinicians looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to provide one‑on‑one patient care in the home setting. Therapists enjoy creating their own schedules while helping patients improve mobility, strength, safety, and overall independence in the comfort of their homes.
