Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse - Fairfield County, CT - Permanent, Direct Hire Offering a $30,000 sign-on bonus Full-time night shift Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery Unit. As part of a well-established team of patient-focused professionals, you will coordinate patient care, provide supervision and mentorship to non-RN team members. Responsibilities: Coordinate and deliver patient care following established standards of practice. Supervise non-RN personnel and act as a resource for ancillary staff. Provide safe and therapeutic care using hospital values. Assess patient's physical and psychosocial condition, develop and communicate patient plan of care. Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team. Document patient care accurately and timely. Participate in performance improvement, research activities, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Valid Connecticut Registered Nurse license. BSN strongly preferred. BLS certification required.
