**BOM Responsibilities:**  

As the Business Office Manager (BOM), your role involves overseeing various business office functions, including resident files, payroll, accounts payable, and more. Your responsibilities also encompass human resources functions and collaboration with corporate billing. In adherence to federal, state, and local standards, you'll be empowered to ensure the efficient operation of these vital functions.

**Qualifications:**  

We're seeking candidates with: 

- Experience in Business, Human Resources, Admissions, or related fields 

- Prior experience working in a long-term care organization

- Working knowledge of Medicaid application and payroll processes
