Qualifications & Desired Experience:
• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Previous experience working with K-12 students in inclusive and self-contained environments
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring

• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning profiles

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement individualized educational plans for students across multiple grade levels
• Deliver differentiated instruction in both resource and/or classroom settings
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
• Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages learner confidence and growth
• Track student progress, maintaining documentation in compliance with applicable regulations
• Communicate regularly with families, contributing to student-centered planning and support
