Job Description Job Description Assist with full-cycle recruitment for exempt/nonexempt staff Collaborate with managers to define position requirements and create job descriptions. Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital and physical employee files Manage HRIS data entry for new hires, terminations, transfers, and salary updates. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO). Facilitate new hire orientation, ensuring all onboarding paperwork is completed and filed. Process employee status changes and maintain organizational charts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
