Nuvance Health Medical Practice is seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant as we continue to grow our program. The ideal candidate should have experience in Advanced Outpatient Wound Care and Hyperbaric Therapy , but an interest and/or a desire to learn the specialties will be considered and training will be provided . This is a g reat opportunity for a clinician to work in a multidisciplinary setting. This position follows a Monday through Friday office schedule , no weekends no calls .

The ideal candidate will be a board certified Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with previous experience in wound care and/or hyperbaric services. S pecific Requirements: NY State RN and APRN license or PA license , NY Controlled Substance Registration, Federal DEA.

Required: Experience documenting in a patient medical record; experience with MS Office suite software. Must obtain either CHRN (Certified Hyperbaric RN), or WOCN (Wound Ostomy Certified Nurse) certification within two years from date of hire.
Minimum Experience: three years
Desired: Prior wound care or hyperbaric experience.
