About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Biostatistics to take on a pivotal role in defining and leading the strategic vision for biometrics functions. The successful candidate will be the principal statistical authority, providing expert oversight across all clinical programs and ensuring the highest standards of statistical methodologies and study designs. This leadership position demands a balance of deep scientific expertise, strong strategic judgment, and operational leadership, with a focus on influencing clinical development strategies and guiding the organization through the statistical aspects of global regulatory interactions and submissions. Applicants for the Vice President, Biostatistics role at the company should hold a PhD or MS in biostatistics, statistics, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 15 years' experience in biotech or pharmaceutical R&D, particularly in late-stage development and regulatory submissions. A strong preference is given to candidates with expertise in cell therapy. The role requires a proven track record in leading biostatistics teams, shaping statistical strategy for pivotal clinical trials, and influencing executive stakeholders.
