Service Assistant

North High Brewing serves craft beer made by the brewery that shares our name! We also serve a full menu of from scratch bites, cater private events and large parties, and host community events. Our first restaurant located in Historic Dublin opened in 2020, while our Uptown Westerville location opened in the Fall of 2023. Server Assistant North High Brewing is looking for exceptional Server Assistants to join our fast growing team! You’ll be working in a restaurant with creatively classic dishes, drinks, and craft beers alongside a crew of amazing people. Job Summary The Server Assistant supports both our Front of House and Back of House team by ensuring tables are cleaned, stocked, and ready for guests. Contribute to an exceptional dining experience by delivering food, helping with BOH expo, cleaning tables, removing dirty dishes, replacing table linens, setting tables, and servicing items to guests such as water, coffee, and condiments. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service. Promptly clear and reset tables to ensure quick turnover and cleanliness. Assist servers with delivering food, beverages, and condiments as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, chairs, and service stations. Support guest needs with a friendly, proactive attitude. Restock supplies such as napkins, silverware, and glassware. Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. Uphold sanitation and safety standards in all tasks. Jump in where needed—whether it’s helping with a large party or lending a hand during peak hours. Requirements Ability and willingness to maintain flexible work schedules, as weekend and extended workdays are necessary. Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs. Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to multitask efficiently. Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk, use hands to finger, grasp, handle or feel, push, pull, reach, crouch, kneel, crawl or bend, and perform repetitive motions of the hands and/or wrists (Indoor & Outdoor). Must be able to carry up to 30 lbs. Qualifications A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast‑paced environment. Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized space. Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
