What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines and heavy-duty equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Utilize diagnostic software and scan tools to identify mechanical and electrical issues
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Maintain accurate repair documentation
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet shop goals
• Continue developing technical skills through ongoing training opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Previous diesel mechanic, heavy equipment, truck repair, agricultural equipment, or related mechanical experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
• Commitment to producing safe, high-quality repairs
