We are actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematologist-Oncologist to become a part of our multi-disciplinary cancer program at The Cancer Institute at Mercy Hospital . Our organization is expanding its esteemed cancer program, ensuring that Long Islanders receive top-tier clinical excellence in cancer care. Under the leadership of Dr. Bhoomi Mehrotra, the chair of cancer services, our team is distinguished by its compassionate and personalized approach. Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care in hematology and oncology.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Engage with patients and their families to ensure a supportive treatment experience.
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Licensed MD/DO in New York State
- Preferred 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster a culture of patient safety across all organizational levels
Salary Range: $415,409 - $670,288
This range is a good faith estimate; actual compensation will depend on various factors, including education, training, skills, licensure, certification, competencies, and relevant experience.
