Responsibilities As a Management Training (MT) participant, you will learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch. You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and will get out into the community to build essential relationships. Minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership. Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last three years.
