Manager, Creative Operations

Summary The Manager, Creative Operations will lead end-to-end execution of selected campaigns, ensuring alignment with global and local brand strategies and flawless delivery. This role coordinates across creative, marketing, production and global stakeholders, drives process improvements, and oversees in-store activations and point-of-sale initiatives. The position is based in Midtown Manhattan and requires a minimum of three days in-person office presence. Responsibilities Lead planning, execution, and optimization of multiple concurrent campaigns from brief to delivery. Act as central coordinator between creative, marketing, production, global teams, and external partners. Manage timelines, budgets, quality control, and resource allocation for complex projects. Spearhead development and deployment of in-store animation and POS campaigns and support artistic direction for local events and digital initiatives. Develop year-over-year campaign analysis and reports to inform strategic planning and anticipate resourcing needs. Partner with the Group Director on PMO initiatives and implement tools and processes to improve team performance. Requirements Minimum of 4 years' experience in creative operations, project management, or a related field, ideally within luxury, beauty, or agency environments. Proven leadership, strong communication, and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams. Demonstrated experience managing large, high-impact campaigns and complex timelines. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Based in the NY/Tri-State area and able to work onsite in Midtown Manhattan a minimum of three days per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
