Occupational Therapist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Days; overtime needed.

The Occupational Therapist will provide high-quality therapy services to residents at the facility. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, developing tailored treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to facilitate rehabilitation and enhance the quality of life for patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

A valid state license in Occupational Therapy is required. Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred.
