Overview The Admissions Specialistsis our administration and front desk coordinator. Responsibilities The Admissions Specialists perform a variety of administrative tasks including, but not limited to, greeting customers, checking pets in and out, and scheduling pet appointments. Admissions Specialists are the first people our clients see when they walk into our facility, and our exceptional customer service starts with them. Requirements High-level customer service skills Basic knowledge of computers and ability to learn to use intake and scheduling applications Genuine passion for learning about and caring for dogs Ability to work weekends and holidays Ability to stand for many hours on end Ability to handle 100+ lb. dogs #J-18808-Ljbffr
