Virtual Acute Wound Healing Specialist (Central Region)

Virtual Wound Healing Specialist As a Virtual Wound Healing Specialist at Solventum, you will help patients and healthcare professionals by selling and promoting Solventum wound healing solutions remotely. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to current and prospective customers to sell Solventum products and qualify leads. Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing information about products or services. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in Salesforce.com. Collaborate with the field sales team and other internal resources to develop strategies for achieving sales targets. Demonstrate a proficient level of procedural, clinical, and technical product knowledge to identify products that meet customer needs. Follow up on leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline. Close sales and achieve daily metrics and monthly quotas. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND at least 1 year of sales experience, OR Associate Degree AND at least 3 years of sales experience. Previous experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or inside sales. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to stay on tasks and maintain high productivity levels while working both in the office and remotely. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools. Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Location & Travel Remote – United States. May include up to 10% domestic travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized for qualified applicants. Compensation & Benefits Expected compensation range: $72,800 – $100,100 (base pay plus variable incentive pay).
