The Opportunity

As a Strategy Consulting Senior Associate, you will provide strategic guidance and insights to organizations, analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop recommendations that help clients achieve their goals. Within our Strategy practice, you will focus on building meaningful client connections, learning how to manage and inspire others, and navigating increasingly complex situations. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC, you will analyze client needs, offer consulting services across various strategic areas, and support clients in developing and implementing effective strategies that align with their business objectives and drive growth. You will respond effectively to diverse perspectives, utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas, and use critical thinking to break down complex concepts. Your work will contribute to understanding the broader objectives of projects and how they fit into the overall strategy, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop strategic recommendations
- Collaborating with clients to identify growth opportunities and optimize operations
- Providing strategic guidance and insights to enhance overall business performance
- Conducting competitive analysis and market research to inform client strategies
- Developing and implementing effective strategies that align with client business objectives
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business process consulting to drive business transformation
- Building meaningful client connections and managing stakeholder relationships
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions and support client needs
- Interpreting data to generate insights and inform strategic planning
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in professional services or consulting roles that include strategy consulting experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain
- Demonstrating proficiency in business process improvement and strategic planning
- Utilizing analytical thinking to inform data-driven insights and recommendations

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
