Key Responsibilities

• Assessing patients' medical histories.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Washington State.

Compensation

Annual salary ranges from $88K to $105K, plus a potential $15K sign-on bonus, which includes productivity incentives and additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
