Hours: Full-time, Monday–Saturday

About the Role
Join the NAPA Auto Parts – Nittany Supply Inc team in State College as a Counter Sales Associate ! You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable face of our store, helping local customers find the right automotive parts and accessories. This fast-paced, rewarding role lets you use your expertise to provide exceptional service every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist our customers in finding correct automotive parts and accessories
- Recommend solutions and answer questions about products
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge or interest in automotive parts and accessories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
