About the Role

Join the NAPA Auto Parts – Nittany Supply Inc team in State College as a Counter Sales Associate ! You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable face of our store, helping local customers find the right automotive parts and accessories. This fast-paced, rewarding role lets you use your expertise to provide exceptional service every day.

Key Responsibilities

Assist our customers in finding correct automotive parts and accessories
Recommend solutions and answer questions about products
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to support store operations

Qualifications

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Knowledge or interest in automotive parts and accessories
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
