Job Summary The Mental Health Therapist is responsible for providing exceptional clinical services to children, adolescents and/or adults, as assigned, to help Josselyn achieve its vision of Mental health for all. The clinician is held accountable for all related clinical, administrative, quality and compliance responsibilities. Compensation $50,000–$60,000 salary with a $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid after successful completion of 90 daysas determined by the department head and hiring manager with consideration to licensure and experience. Schedule Mon/Tue/Wed 11 AM - 9 PM and Thursday 11 AM - 8 PM (4 day work week) OR Tuesday - Saturday, 2 day shifts (9 AM - 5 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM , 2 evening shifts (11 AM - 7 PM or 12 PM - 9 PM) and Saturday 9 AM - 2 PM Essential Responsibilities and Metrics Provides high-quality, evidenced-based services including therapy, counseling, crisis intervention, case management, and client‑centered consultation to a variety of populations from children/adolescents to adults and families Maintains direct service hours per month of 63% as measured by billable clinical services including sessions, consultations, assessments, and case management Maintains timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, case management activities, consultations, and discharge documentation. Ensure documentation is completed within 72 hours from the date of service Creates IMCANS Assessment within 30 days of initial meeting with client and modifies/reviews as needed Keeps EMR calendar, and any other primary sources, up to date Coordinates care with other clinical staff including internal and external providers Attends and participates at clinical presentations and all required meetings Is responsive to all outreach and coordination regarding client fees/payments Participates in Accreditation and Certification processes, Committee Work, Strategic Planning, and Community Related Services as appropriate. Qualifications Clinically related graduate degree, including a Master’s in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work or a degree which qualifies for a QMHP in the state of Illinois required Actively working towards licensure as an LCPC or LCSW preferred but not required Three professional references that reflect ability to perform clinical work #J-18808-Ljbffr
