Nurse Manager

Lifespace Communities seeks a Nurse Manager RN to lead clinical care for residents in our senior living community. The Nurse Manager oversees nursing staff, coordinates resident care plans, and ensures high-quality, person-centered services across assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance management; monitoring clinical outcomes and regulatory compliance; partnering with physicians and families; and promoting a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous improvement.
