Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions. Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide a complete top‑down sales solution. Close sales with strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs. Continuously develop yourself through training and up‑skill in merchandising and inventory functions. Grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers. Engage with the community outside the store to expand your loyal customer base, e.g., at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events. Benefits and Compensation Hourly base pay: $16.00–$21.00 with up to $18,000 annual commission. Potential to earn total compensation $65,000+–$75,500+.
