Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Additional education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Teams

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Logistics Clerk, Logistics Coordinator, or Supply Chain role required
• Experience with SAP, WMS, or similar order management systems preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with transportation providers, warehouses, and customers
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Job Duties

• Schedule customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Enter and maintain customer orders and data within company systems
• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding scheduling and order status
• Maintain customer databases and order records
• Manage assigned trailer pools and transportation schedules
• Coordinate deliveries with customers, warehouses, and carriers
• Maintain organized filing systems and shipping documentation
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and shipment issues
• Monitor delivery timelines and ensure customer requirements are met
• Provide outstanding customer service while supporting daily logistics operations

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to work at a computer workstation for extended periods
• Frequent phone, email, and system-based communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
