Physical Therapist Assistant
At Continuum Therapy Partners, PRN doesn’t mean disconnected. As a PRN therapist, you choose when you work, while still being part of a team led by therapists who understand what quality care requires. That’s the best of both worlds: the freedom to build a schedule around your life, and the confidence that patients are still getting care shaped by clinicians who’ve been in your shoes.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
- Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
- 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
- Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
- Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
